Bulgarian Wool Winter Field Cap- Used

Don't forget these...

These awesome hats were used by the Bulgarian military from WW2 through just a couple of years ago. Made of a heavy duty warm wool, and lined with linen, these are not only comfortable and look great, but are practical as hell.

Why is that? Because it's like a mini ushanka, that's why. When it's just chilly, the side flaps can be worn up for a nice all-around wool cap, but when it gets nasty and windy or just plain cold, you can fold down the extra wool flap to protect your cheeks and neck from the blistery elements.

All in all, these are not only unique, badass, and pretty hard to find (due to them being used until disintegrated most of the time), but they're a sweet piece of history at a great price.

Most (about 95%) of these have the Bulgarian flag patch sewn on them, but there are a couple that are missing those. To keep it fair, no special selection, and I will draw a random hat. I have sized these to actual sizes, so if your hat says "59" and you ordered a 60, just try it on before panicking, as some of these were made large, or shrunk a bit. But hey, that's why you pay me the big bucks for small things like this......
