Czech Vz80 Medical kit with Contents- Very Salty Case

I was going to hang on to this one, then realized I thought that three separate times and only need one. Has contents shown in picture. My source for these dried up a while back, these are awesome kits. This case has been used and abused as pictured, but still has plenty of life left in it.
