Finally, I was able to snag some super nice German-made work boots at a great price. You guys have been asking for years if I ever get Steel Toed boots, and generally, that answer is "no", but that has changed. I managed to score this small batch of mostly Baltes manufactured safety boots, and have bought the supplier out. There are a few Haix/Meindl pairs in there, but about 99% of these are Baltes manufactured, and retail new for over $200. Once these are gone, I don't have another source for them, so if you want a VERY well-made pair of leather boots, with a sympatex (gore-tex equivalent) membrane and a durable steel toe cap at a great price, it's your lucky day (unless of course they're already sold out).
Condition notes: These are ALL used, so expect fading, wear on the leather and soles, and expect them to be a little dirty. That being said, I have personally inspected each pair, and found none that don't have quite a lot of life still in them. These are some of the best-made surplus boots I've ever gotten, so don't wait too long, or they'll be gone before you know it.
These are sized pretty true. If you are a half-size, order the next size up. Widths all seem to be regular, but leather can break in quite nicely.
