I found these underneath a bunch of stuff, and it's someone's lucky day. These are smaller plates made for Police vests. A couple of years ago, I ballistic tested these, and they stopped 9mm rounds, but I'm selling these as novelty items only. Either use them for yourself, or re-sell them for a few extra bucks. Sizes and shapes vary, but they're about 10x7". NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
