This is a vest I had custom made years back, and I've gone with another style/camo pattern since purchasing this bad-boy. Comes with everything shown, including front, back, and side plates that were "good" to July of this year, but since I haven't used them much, that's up to you, and everything here is being sold as "costume use only". That being said, I bought this for more than that, but it was several years back, so it's your call.
Anyway, this camo pattern is awesome, and this vest did its job for 6 years, and now it's time to pass it along. Size 2XL but fits more like an XL with all the plates in. This is a very rare opportunity to have such a cool custom piece that's complete and awesome.
