This is a VERY historically cool helmet, and one for any history buff's collection. This started out life in 1942 and served the British Military until the late 40s and early 50s when a BUNCH of these were sent to Pakistan as aid for their new military. These saw service through the 1990s, meaning these things served in a military role for over 50 years. This one has a new liner and chinstrap as well as net, but the shell retains the original Pakistani paint and stenciled markings juxtaposed with the original British markings. These are actually quite hard to get as most of these were so used and abused that they were melted as scrap. To have the original British and Paki markings is a VERY unique combo, and very hard to come by in the U.S.
