Poland is one country who took advantage of the collapse of the USSR and was eager to modernize and westernize their military in the early 1990s. This helmet is a great example of that ingenuity. Poland was one of the first Former Eastern Bloc countries to adopt a Kevlar helmet for its troops.
The Wz.93 is now becoming collectible, and they haven't been produced since the year 2000 when it was replaced by the Wz2000 Kevlar helmet. Get yours before they're gone and get going on your helmet collection!
