Arguably one of the most popular and trendy camouflage patterns of WW2 was the "Dot 44" pattern worn by members of the Waffen SS from 1944 onwards. Although short lived, this pattern proved to be effective, and the uniform also effective and comfortable.
This is a high quality reproduction of the tunics commonly seen in Normandy and thereafter. Outer layer is made of 100% cotton HBT material just like the originals, and the pattern is "spot on" (yeah, we're doing puns now) to original examples.
Unlike the other cheap reproductions floating around for around the same price, this fits and feels way more like originals. Shoulder board loops and buttons present, as well as bandage pocket as shown.
NOTE: These are what I call a "slim fit", or European fit, like the originals. Although I have the chest size listed, if you want a bit more room to wear these over a sweater or something else, order the next size up from your normal chest size. If you're wearing these as a summer uniform with no layers, you should be good to go. Also, for my fellow guys with extended guts, I would suggest ordering a size up as well to account for the tightness around the stomach as typical in "slim fit" clothing.
As of now, these are a pre/back order item, so please allow for 3-4 weeks for delivery after placing your order. It's worth the wait, and I'm hoping to be able to stock these regularly in the near future, but right now this is the way it is.
