These reproductions are great, and were a standard issue item for German forces during WW2 and beyond. I bought the E-tools for our film, Reveille, but we ended up using mostly originals for the actual film. The leather carriers were used in the film, but the E-tools themselves are brand-new reproductions. Excellent for your impression, or just to have as a handy tool in the truck. The little bit of film history is an added bonus.
