Shipping policy

Items are shipped within 10-14 business days of order (usually sooner, but situations exist where shipping times are slightly longer, thus the 14 day allowance for expectations) excluding pre-order items or special order items. Once the items are shipped and have been scanned by the carrier, it is out of the hands of Mike's Militaria and is now the carrier's responsibility. If there are issues with shipping, packages missing, or mis-deliveries, please contact the carrier, as there is nothing we are able to do one the package is out of our hands.

If your item was marked delivered, but you don't have it, give it a couple of days for tracking to update before panicking, as about 9.8 times out of 10, the package will show up.
