Patterned after the typical European style mess kit, these Austrian mess kits are built super tough, and are ready for any outdoor challenge you throw at it. These were patterned after the German M31 mess kit, and it's quite apparent when you use one why they kept using this style. These are personally my favorite style of mess kit, as they're super versatile, and there's a reason most European countries used a version of this at some point or another, even until recently.
Three pieces. May be olive green or gray. Dates and Manufacture markings vary.
NOTE: These are surplus, and are used. Please expect these to not be perfect, and have scratches, scruffs, burn marks, and missing paint. That being said, you aren't going to receive a derelict piece of crap that is un-useable. This batch has yielded some very nice kits in great shape.
GRADE 2 MEANS: These canteens will have minor issues, although they are use-able and complete. This includes but is not limited to; Bent Wire Hangers, Bent handles, broken strap loops, major denting, and other aesthetic imperfections that don't hinder normal use, but I can not, in good faith, sell them with the normal stock. Great way to get a cool piece of equipment at a discount.
