This is a SUPER cool piece that I just couldn't bring myself to paint. This helmet started off with the WW2 "Gray Green" paint as you can see on the edge, then was painted desert tan/khaki, then the 50s Olive Green. This helmet was used from WW2 probably through the 1990s, and has the credentials to prove it. A truly one of a kind piece that is a must-have for any helmet collector.
Liner is a post war replacement but this helmet still retains the original rectangular chinstrap bales from WW2. Liner is 57cm.
