This is one of the Swedish "lightweight" (not light in my opinion) uniforms made for the KFOR operations in the 90s. These were "de-milled" by removing the Swedish insignia and original property tags, and slapping civilian tags on them in order to surplus them out. This is the last of this stuff, and I found it hiding underneath a bunch of stuff in the garage. Brand-New Unissued.
