So besides making uniforms and helmet covers, the U.S. Army also introduced another piece of gear during their 2009 camouflage trials: The TAP.
This is a Tactical Assault Panel made in modern day 500D Cordura Nylon in the super popular UCP-Delta. They aren't what I would call "Identical replicas" but they're about as close as we're going to get, and they look pretty much the same as the originals that were issued to U.S. Troops in 2009.
